Stage Anatomie palpatoire du 17 au 20 mai 2024
En résidentiel à Lacanau près de Bordeaux
Ce stage est limité à 11 personnes
Objectifs de la formation
- Localiser et identifier les différentes structures du corps humain.- Repérage anatomique des niveaux vertébraux.
- Identifier tous les mouvements articulaires.
- Savoir adapter son toucher aux différents tissus.
- Apprendre le langage anatomique.
- Apprendre à développer le sens du toucher
- Reconnexion à soi et à la nature
Concrètement
- Pratique essentiellement- Travail en binôme et en individuel
- Repérage anatomique : articulaire, osseux, musculaire, ligamentaire, tendineux
- Pratique de tous les mouvements articulaires
- Les principaux muscles squelettiques
- Le diaphragme et la respiration
- Les bases du système nerveux
- Les mécanismes du stress

Week end de la PentecôteArrivée vendredi 17 mai à partir de 17h et départ lundi 20 mai 10h
14h de formation
Temps libre pour profiter du lac, de la piscine et de la nature.
Horaires des 2 journées de stage : 9h-13h et 15h30-18h30
Hébergement et intendance
Magnifique villa avec piscine située au bord du lac de Lacanau.A 50 km de Bordeaux, à 5 mn en voiture de l’océan.
5 chambres doubles à partager, avec salle d’eau ou salle de bain chacune.
Et 1 chambre seule avec salle d’eau.
Les draps sont fournis.
Les 4 repas de stage et les petits déjeuners sont compris.
Tarif par personne avec hébergement, repas et collation
Chambre individuelle : 540€Chambre à partager à 2 : 480€
